General Conditions
Orders can only be accepted from customers who are 18 years or older. If you are under 18 years of age you are welcome to browse our website but we regret that we are unable to accept any order from you. We are also sorry that at this present time we are only able to sell PCA products within the United Kingdom.
At Plain Clothes Angel we reserve the right to make any changes deemed necessary without prior notice regarding all aspects of the Plain Clothes Angel product range and anything pertaining to it.
CAUTION: Please take great care when handling PLAIN CLOTHES ANGEL glass jars and bottles, so as to avoid any accidents or breakages, especially if using in the bath or shower.
CAUTION: PLAIN CLOTHES ANGEL products are NOT to be taken internally, and should be used safely and only as directed on the product label. Please consult a doctor if accidentally ingested.
CAUTION: PLAIN CLOTHES ANGEL products are NOT suitable for children and should be kept out of the reach of children.
Payment
Please note that we are "cash with order" and your credit card will be charged at the point of order. Any goods that are not in stock will be sent to you within 7-10 days where possible. You reserve the right to cancel any goods that are not in stock once you have received your invoice.
Payment for goods ordered can be made by any major credit card or debit card which is processed by Paypal on our behalf and ensures maximum security of the processing system.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Shipping and Handling
We do not make a handling charge. Shipping is at cost and is based on the number of items ordered. There is 1 shipping zone; United Kingdom. Shipping charges are automatically added to the total value of the goods ordered.
Delivery
We are a small operation and all products are handmade so although we will endeavor to send your order within 3 – 5 business days of receipt of your order, we do ask you to please be patient during busier times.
Stock Availability
We are sorry but we cannot ensure permanent availability of all items, although we will endeavor to. We will try to supply your product within 7-10 days sometimes it may be slightly longer. If something is out of stock, we will keep you informed and if any item is out of stock we will indicate this on your invoice.
Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your goods for any reason, please contact Plain Clothes Angel (see contact information at the bottom of this page).
Any product returns must be sent to Plain Clothes Angel at Studio 315, 10 Riverside Yard, Riverside Road, London SW17 0BB, in their original packing and in their original condition and we will exchange them, credit your account or refund you.
Please enclose a copy of your original invoice if possible which was enclosed with your original parcel.
Please state clearly why you are returning the parcel and whether you require exchange goods or a refund or a credit.
Please note, however that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Plain Clothes Angel will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage. We strongly recommend therefore that you send it by registered post. Your statutory rights are not affected by these statements.
We process returns as soon as they arrive, except during extremely busy periods when there may be a short delay. Please note that credit card refunds can only be given to the original payer.
Privacy Policy
Plain Clothes Angel do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. We may, however keep your contact details for the sole purpose of keeping you up to date with Plain Clothes Angel news and offers. .
Prices
All prices are subject to change without prior notice and are inclusive of the ruling rate of VAT.
Credit Card Security
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Once your information reaches the PayPal site, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. PayPal servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers.
Your credit card details are NOT shared with Plain Clothes Angel.
